Its finally done.
The McDonald’s restaurant down the street has FINALLY re-opened!!!! These last few months have been a horrific time for me. Sigh.
From the moment when the first the yellow tape appeared to the bulldozing event in which they levelled the building… to those cold and lonely nights I spent pining over my snack of serenity.
Its been several healthy months and finally it returns! And grander than EVER before!
Gone are the hills and potholes in the parking lot! Now I might be able to get my mini van through tthe drive-thru without taking off my bumper and oh the spectacle of the PLAYPLACE!
Folks you just have to see it to believe it. Who knew that they had so many ‘M’s’ to spare? There are at least 2 of the symbols on each side of the building. All in all its a marketing beaut.
The architecture puts everything around it to shame. Mind you that does not say much for the intersection of Derry Road and Goreway Drive…
But it sure makes a girl feel good about living in Malton.

After the long battle through windows vista and the spam of pop up messages of hell… Im here!! yay!!! McDonald’s is open o.o , well there goes my savings . Lol kidding I jus got out of rehab for McDonald’s and I aint goin bac lol. The reason? friend introduced a breakfast sandwich at school… but not any sandwich the MC GRIDDLE ( queue the imagination) three pieces of bacon , cheese , encased in two big pancakes…. the ultimate most satisfying way to make your heart explode with love (scratch the love part, just explode). And to make it even better you put syrup on it!!!!! and voila the most fattening item on the McDonald’s Menu. There are also mood swings with the McGriddle, one time youll be happy, then lazy, then a energy rush, then tired as hell. If you wanna kno what drugs do, take a Mc Griddle. I knew it was bad when I started dreaming about them at my friends house. But ye all in all I will gape at the stunning display of the new McDonalds through the Subway window.
